My search for promising career prospects led me through the digital expanses of Vorarlberg. I finally came across the Digital Pioneers programme, which focuses on young women in the digital world. A ray of hope in my search for #FutureandInnvoation.

Why Digital Pioneers?

The decision to join the Digital Pioneers programme was reinforced by positive feedback and inspiring conversations. This programme promises not only further training, but also a smooth transition into the professional world, and in a field that covers my passions and areas of interest. I particularly like how the knowledge I learnt can be put into practice immediately after the course at solution sales.

A meeting of the right people

After intense discussions with the campus, I was put in touch with solution sales. My skills, needs and competences were taken into account. This company seemed to be tailor-made for my interests and skills. After further and intensive familiarisation, I am convinced that I have found my professional home here.

In the first three months, we will gain solid specialised knowledge, which will then enable me to make a valuable contribution to practical work. The seamless transition into the professional world is important to me, and I am looking forward to building on this knowledge and continuously developing my skills. The prospect of continuing to work with solution sales after the programme and contributing to the company's success in the long term fills me with joy and motivation.
