LinkedIn will then automatically show you a list of the best results for this term in your network.

Backlinks

Add your website URL to your company profile on LinkedIn and also add more links to your posts e.g. links to your career page. Many posts on LinkedIn are incorrectly linked or not linked at all - this leads to a loss of websites traffic as well as SEO.

Relevant posts and articles

Share company executives' blog posts that have appeared on LinkedIn or other sites. Consider the frequency - it should match the usual interaction of the target audience. 

A fully completed profile

Be sure to include relevant career information for potential applicants and a meaningful "About Us" section that highlights aspects such as the company's mission, values and of course, what you have to offer.

Group activities

Search for industry-specific groups, professional development groups, and local groups in your area and participate in discussions. Provide valuable information during these discussions.

Add high-quality images to your profile that showcase your products, company culture and mission. Make sure that the logo and cover image are always up to date.
